Beschreibung
Der Raspberry Pi 5 ist die fünfte Generation des bekannten Einplatinencomputers. Er eignet sich zum Programmierenlernen, als kleiner Desktop-Rechner und als Steuerzentrale für Roboter- und Elektronikprojekte.
Leistung
Ein Vierkern-Prozessor mit 2,4 GHz und bis zu 16 GB Arbeitsspeicher machen ihn deutlich schneller als frühere Modelle. Erstmals gibt es einen PCIe-Anschluss, etwa für SSDs.
Projekte
Über die 40-polige GPIO-Leiste und Kamera-Anschlüsse steuert er Sensoren, Motoren und Kameras. Programmiert wird unter Raspberry Pi OS mit Python, Scratch und vielen weiteren Sprachen.
Gut zu wissen
Viel Zubehör nötig. Netzteil, microSD-Karte, Kabel und Kühlung sind nicht enthalten.
Deutlich teurer geworden. Wegen gestiegener Speicherpreise hat Raspberry Pi die Preise 2025 und 2026 mehrfach erhöht.
